Revision and Accuracy Policy
Cultural Interpretation:Converting names into Kanji is a creative and artistic process involving linguistic interpretation. We select Kanji characters that convey positive and beautiful meanings; however, interpretations may vary.
Revisions:Minor corrections (e.g., correcting a typo caused by us) will be provided free of charge. If you request a complete change of the original input name or a total redesign after delivery, a new order may be required.
Fees and Payment
Pricing:All prices are listed on the Website in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Digital Goods Exception:Due to the custom, personalized, and digital nature of our services, “ALL SALES ARE FINAL ONCE CREATION HAS COMMENCED OR DELIVERABLES HAVE BEEN SENT”.
Cancellations:You may request a cancellation for a full refund only if work on your order has not yet started.
Exceptions:If you receive a damaged or incorrect file due to a technical error on our part, please contact us within 7 days, and we will gladly re-issue or correct the file.

Restrictions:You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, edit for commercial re-sale, or mass-produce the delivered artwork without our express prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Japanese Name and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal dissatisfaction arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or deliverables.
